Return & Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, simply return your product within 30 days of purchase to receive a full refund, less shipping and restocking fees.
To initiate a return, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. All returns require prior authorization. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please follow the instructions below to return a product:
- Contact Customer Service within 30 days of purchase via email at info@Evencome.com.
- If authorized, return the product to the following address: Evencome Return Department, 4822 Vineland Ave, Ste A, North Hollywood, CA 91601
- All return products are subject to a 15% restocking fees if used.
- Shipping fees are non refundable.
- All returned goods must be shipped at customer's cost (no prepaid return label).
Once we receive the product, we'll notify you by email and you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
The fastest way to exchange a product is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted and you get refunded, make a separate purchase for the new item. Contact us at email@example.com to start an exchange.
