Shipping & Delivery
US Orders
All US orders are shipped via USPS within 0-1 days of purchase (handling time). For orders processed after cutoff time (2:00PM PST), one day gets added to the delivery time estimate.
Once shipped, shipments arrive within 3-5 business days (Standard Shipping) or 1-3 business days (Priority Shipping), and a tracking number will be provided when the item ships.
Standard shipping option: $3.95 (US orders above $50 qualify for FREE standard shipping).
Priority shipping option: $9.95
We ship to residential addresses, commercial addresses, P.O. boxes and APO/FPO/DPO.
International Orders
All international orders are shipped via International standard shipping (USPS) within 0-1 days of purchase (handling time). Shipping time and delivery speed varies depending on location. Most packages arrive within 1-8 weeks depending on the destination and local customs.
Canada international shipping option: $17.95
Worldwide (except Canada) shipping option: $24.95
Please note: International orders may be subject to import taxes/duties when arriving in your country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the order and we are not responsible for paying these import or customs fees (if any).
Order Confirmation & Tracking
After placing an order you will receive an order confirmation via email. We will begin to process your order and prepare it for shipment. After we ship out your order you will receive an additional email with tracking information to track your package.
Changes/Cancellations
Additions, changes and cancellations to your order can be made at any time prior to shipment. If you need to make a change, addition or cancel your order, please contact support as soon as possible at info@evencome.com.
If the item has already shipped, we won’t be able to cancel the order or make a change until you receive the item. In that case, you will have to file a return to get a refund. Please see our Return & Refund Policy here.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
